John Boyd and Tracy Shippy both specialized and took care of our insurance needs when we had our business as well as our personal life and medical insurance needs. They both are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance needs and take the time to make sure you have all the information you need to make educated decisions as it applies to your life and life changes. Tracy also specializes in Medicare plans. Since we have retired, she has helped and guided us thru the very complicated process of choosing the right Medicare plans for us both and my 92-year-old mother. She is there for us each new enrollment year with complete knowledge of the changes in plans. But also, she is always gladly there for any questions or issues throughout the year. That is huge! This company and their equally wonderful support staff do it right and truly make you feel like family."
