"This was my first time ever doing jiu jitsu and I must say I absolutely loved it. At first I was afraid not knowing anything about it and to be honest I was afraid of possibly injuring myself but I immediately felt less intimidated as soon as Peter had started class. He was clear, concise and above all prioritizes safety for all of us. He has clear rules for the class students and emphasizes having fun and learning. Vlora, also a teacher/student was giving us 1:1 attention making sure we understood the moves as well. By the end of class I just felt so elated and good and learned a lot all in a 1 hour class. Thanks to black mountain defense for giving me such a great first experience, I’ll definitely be back!"
