"Need more parking for normal vehicles. There are tons of handicap spaces open and you can't park there. You need to walk across the street with your hockey bag and there aren't even sidewalks to accommodate. You need to walk up the slope/down the slope in the snow. Careful you don't fall."
"This was my 1st time coming to the pool and at the end of the day my feet were cut from the bottom of the pool as well as my family i brought I dont think we'll be coming back. I think someone needs to smooth the bottom of the pool out. Thats dangerous and very unsanitary if people are cutting there feet....other than that the staff were great and it was a nice environment."
"This place is really fun! Staff annoying as heck Also you have to take a swim test to go down the slide when it’s only 4ft"
"Very nice facility, clean and beautiful. Most of the staff is professional and courteous. A few glaring exceptions made the experience unpleasant & uncomfortable enough that we asked for (& received) our money back, and departed. The most glaring of which is the pool's director, Vince, who smacked his fist in his palm and raised his voice while explaining rules. Aggressive, rude and unacceptable. As my daughter said, "what a mean man." Metropark, here we come!"
