"My attempt to terminate my membership at Title Boxing Club has led to an incredibly distressing experience. Not only am I entangled in a dispute over alleged outstanding dues despite diligently following their instructions, but I am also now being frequently contacted by debt collectors. I sought to end my membership in May 2023 and was initially informed of a straightforward process that required a 30-day notice period, with the assurance that it could be done remotely. However, this turned out to be far from the reality. Despite my efforts to comply with their instructions, I encountered several obstacles. In July, I discovered an unauthorized deduction of $139.99 from my account, contrary to the arrangements I had made. Upon contacting the club, I was informed that a physical visit(for signing forms are required) to a club location was necessary to finalize the termination. Despite my hectic work schedule and being away from the Farmington location, I made a special visit to the Troy location on September 9, 2023. Despite their assurances during my visit where I completed all required paperwork and was explicitly told that all dues were settled and no more paperwork or payable amount is pending or is expected to be deducted in the future, I am shocked to find myself in a dispute situation. This has been a highly frustrating ordeal, exacerbated by the continuous mail and harassment from debt collectors. The discrepancy between the information provided by the club's staff and the current situation is appalling. Not only was the termination process convoluted and contradictory, but the aftermath has been distressing. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering membership with Title Boxing Club. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and distressing. I sincerely hope this matter gets resolved promptly and that others are spared from such a distressing experience."

"I had my first boxing class this week at Title (in Farmington Hills) and had a great time. As soon as I walked in, Denise, Mo, and Justus made me feel right at home and gave me a lot of pointers on how to improve. Whether you’re a pro boxer or just looking for a good workout, I’d recommend this place to anybody in the area."

"They don't actually teach you how to box, try to capitalize on trainers amateur, and pro experience but without a doubt they trained different than this place. Makes boxing look bad."

"Most shady business practices I've ever encountered. Ive tried to cancel multiple times and still have not been able to. First I called and the owner told me they had no possible way to cancel my membership over the phone or online. I finally found time to come back after continuing to be charged and not using it. I show up and I'm told I need an appointment with a manager to cancel my membership and there's no manager here right now. Never was told his by owner. The front desk then calls the owner and says that a manager will email me the form tomorrow to cancel my membership, even though a month ago I was told there was no possible way to cancel my membership online. Extremely shady, if they cared about their customers they would just cancel it. Its not rocket science, its just a form. Im going on a travel nurse assignment in Hawaii and due to this service I will never come back here. I will drive the extra distance to go back to the northville location as they actually care about their customers. Lastly, I just paid for august this week and they told me i will have to pay through September 30th, another shady business practice. Again if they cared they would just cancel the membership for you, instead they will just suck up every dollar they can from you. Hoping someone actually emails me tomorrow to cancel my membership as I'm sick of the lies and run arounds they keep giving me."
