"This is a better gym than I knew existed! The clientele range from firefighters and other folks looking to perform physically to folks simply trying to increase their range of motion. The environment is fun an welcoming to people of all capabilities. The coaches are very knowledgeable. They've put together a program for me that has blown away my expectations! I am a person who used to be active decades ago. I was struggling to start working out again on my own. I was either injuring myself or burning out every time I tried. I've been working with coaches Ben, Julie, and Dan for about 5 months now. My body feels ten years younger, and it feels like the rate of improvement is just accelerating! It's truly great. I highly recommend coming to see what they can do for you!"
"I wish I could give 10 stars! I have been going to Omnevo for about 11 months. The trainers here are motivated, knowledgeable and very supportive. There is a very open culture that is welcoming to all ages, abilities and types of people. I personally appreciate the flexibility I am afforded here. I may arrive to my session a little early, late or on time and I am able to flex the days I train when needed as well. It's the reason I am still consistently showing up 3 times a week which in turn has resulted in big health pay offs both physically and mentally. I am so grateful I found this gym when I did!"
"Been working with Coach Ben and Coach Kevin since Feb 2019. Great place, excellent coaches and very easy to talk to. It never feels like they're just coaches but more like friends. I love being there everyday. All the coaches are very welcoming and warm. They're always willing to help with aches and pains and alter the workout accordingly. They also referred me to a great doctor when I was battling with a tricep issue, 3 months of pain was resolved in 2 weeks. I would definitely reccomend being a part of the Omnevo family and everyone becoming healthier and stronger together!"
