"I was surprised by our experience with Huntington Ridge. My 12 year olds trainer was always texting and browsing on her phone during lessons and offered very little interaction with her while she just walked circles with the horse around the arena. We got to lesson with one of the other trainers who was much better but our overall experience was not positive so we decided to move elsewhere. At the beginning, another family helped us find her horse because no staff were available to assist. We would just stand there at the beginning of lessons wondering what to do or where to find the assigned horses. The trainer taught my daughter how to tack one time and left her to do it on her own after that. Now that we are somewhere else that monitors this process, we discover that our daughter was doing it wrong and was not likely safe during riding. Additionally, the horses overall just seem older and sad. Our new stables horses are so happy and gentle, the facility is so clean and professional - that I truly feel that we wasted time and money trying out Huntington Ridge. Maybe they never really liked us, but I would say hi to the trainer and try to engage; she was cold to me and distant with my daughter."

"I have been a Huntington ridge client for around 15 years now, I would not have my horse in the care of any other facility. They make sure the horses stay happy and healthy as well as make sure the riders are well educated and safe. Huntington is the best home I could ask for."

"I have been a client of HRF for over 20 years. I would trust NO ONE else when it comes to the safety and well being of my horses, my children and myself. There is nothing but respect, caring and true professionalism. The trainers are some of the best around and the show records reflect that. If it were any other way I certainly would not have stayed for 20 years!!"

"My sister takes lessons here and everytime I go we are all treated with respect and welcomed with opened arms. All the animals are well handled and kind. Overall would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get some lessons."

"The trainers care about nothing but their own pocket book. They tried to double bill. Bully my child. But what is worse is the lack of respect they show for the horses. In front of me they physically attacked a horse. They treat horses as property. I highly recommend you find another facility to train at."
