Conveniently located off I-196 and Fulton, just one mile west of downtown Ada, our gym is easily accessible to all. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we have a program that is right for you. Our classes are designed for universal scalability, so you can work towards your goals at your own pace.

At Paradigm Fitness, we believe in hard work, consistency, and building each other up. Results may take time, but with dedication and support from our community, they will come. Our classes are organized into small groups to foster connections and accountability among members on their fitness journey.

From Olympic weightlifting to bodyweight strength training, our workouts are designed to challenge and motivate you. And don't worry about missing a class - we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week and working up to 5 as you progress.
