"The rink is ok, definitely on the colder side, but not the worst we've been to. They have indoor soccer, on one side. One of the better concession stands, food selection wise. Seems well maintained and clean every time we've been here. Staff has always been accessible and friendly in the minimal interactions I've had with them. Decent parking as well."

"The building needs renovations ASAP. Both exterior and interior is outdated and frankly looks sketchy. On the contrary, the people are nice, and the ice rink is alright. Overall, not a bad experience if you overlook how jaded everything looks. However, I'm not sure why they would invite a sketchy used car dealership (West Michigan AutoXChange) to host a sales event in their parking lot with no mentions about it on their website or anywhere for that matter (I don't blame them). Maybe there was a deal worked out or some other reason for it, but it didn't really fit the family friendly image that it conveys."
