You don't have to worry about gym anxiety when you walk in because of how you are treated in this gym. Stop in, sign up and reach your fitness goals. There's even a jiu jitsu gym across the street (the share the same parking lot)"

"Love this facility, they are always adding new machines and making it more comfortable! They have fun classes and a sauna! The people are so friendly and help you learn how to use the machines since I was a beginner and have great trainers like Darik. I recently had a few surgeries and when I called they delayed my subscription to focus on recovery. After everything I was looking forward to getting back into the gym and got transferred far away for work and was bummed I couldn’t visit the facility with moving. I was so sad to leave but the owner Luke helped me settle things. I will become a member again if I ever move back! Thank you So Much. They deserve more than 5 stars!"

They keep it clean and updated and are always looking for ways to improve the facility and their programs! We’re so grateful we found them!"
"Great environment. The facilities are well maintained. The staff are very helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, honest and truly care about the members.
