"Owner was rude. She cut my dogs nail really short and didn't even tell me or attempt to control the bleeding. There was blood all over her paw and my seat when she got into the car. The inside of the claw.is wide open . Not just a slight nic. As I was leaving the owner was yelling at a dog she was trimming and pulling its fur because he/she wouldn't look up. Of she does that to a pet in front of a customer no telling what happens when customers are not present. Very sad."
