"Took over almost 3 months to get my girl scheduled for spaying. When I dropped her off, they just grabbed her and said pick up between 4 and 6 tonight; no explanations, etc. and closed the door. Picked her up at 4, I asked for care instructions and was told there wasn't any. I had to call the Vet office when I got home to get information, they told me I should have received written instructions, which I did not."

"We found our dream kitty! She has really helped our older cat's depression over the loss of his sister of 6 years. The staff were prompt to reply & very helpful. Our kitten was scheduled to be spayed a week after we brought her home, and they provided transportation to the vet and follow up instructions for her surgery, as well as 2 days of pain meds. Couldn't be happier!"
