"I have been a customer since 2013. I have to say that for the most part, they were helpful when I needed something. I thought over the years, being a loyal customer, that here was trust, but no. I called a year a go because my premiums were sky rocketing. This with no tickets in over 20 years and good credit, as that is part of their criteria now for rates. Travena said she called around and that the agency I was with was the best rate so I trusted her and went on with my day. A few months later, my rates again increased. No warning, no paper work nothing. I'm not on paperless billing either. No tickets or credit dings either. I called her again and asked again about the rates. She searched this time and found someone a little cheaper but needed a bunch of money, double the payment up front. Mind you, this is with 2 auto and home contracts. I then searched on my own, found another agency, which I wont list here out of respect for them, at $40 cheaper a month for auto for total premium, and over $130 less a year for my home. To top it all off, I pay my bill on November 28th, cancel on December 9th, and get an additional bill for $25 after I just paid them $180 for my premium. Called and asked whats going on, I should be getting a refund and they are giving me excuses, nothing of which makes sense and contradicts how everything was setup. Just got off the phone with them and was "informed" i would be sent to collections...... Anyways, they are nice up front while you blindly pay your premium. When you have real questions, they can't answer and give you the run around. Received a call from their manager about 3 weeks ago saying she was looking into it and that she would get back to me asap. Ya, that hasn't happened. This will probably get deleted so I will check again and repost if they do as they do not like bad publicity. I would suggest then do right by customers that just don't take your word or trust you anymore because you prove to be just as shady as most people out there."
