"Love this team! My whole life we have taken our family pets to a popular vet in Dearborn (which I won’t name; except DBFPC; I needed a local vet after moving.) They do an awesome job! They always call with details, and I can tell my pup had a good visit as he is always happy when I pick him up. You all rock! Thank you! The vets here are really knowledgeable and took the time to talk to my fiancé and I about behavioral issues we were experiencing. She made sure to get the whole picture before telling us what we should do. You can tell they really care about your pets."

"Absolutely disgusted at the neglect of my cat. Was charged for tests that were not discussed ahead of time. Had conflicting diagnosis from the different doctors. Was told his teeth and gums needed attention but since he was being stubborn they didn't want to press him to look more. He got a sinus infection twice in the span of a month and by his 3rd one I was told "That's just probably his normal" and that it should clear up in the next couple of days. Ended up taking him to emergency the following week where they told me his infection got so bad that there was nothing that could be done. Called about end of life and the price was absolutely ridiculous and that they would also charge an office visit on top of it. Absolutely no compassion or intelligence, just a money grab."

"Our dogs have been a part of the monthly plan here for almost five years. We also took our cat in awhile back and left with an incorrect diagnosis that later cost us $2,500 at the emergency vet. Here we are two years later, he gets sick again, so I call and inform them that he hasn’t ate or drank in two days. I’m then told “they’re booking out two weeks.” Two weeks?! He would be dead by then.. thank you for nothing. We will be canceling our plans and taking our pets somewhere else."

"I got a new kitten and my usual vet was booked out 3 weeks, they were able to get me in same day! Everyone from the csc, tech (I believe Alyssa?) And Dr. K were super nice and loved on him. My sister worked here years ago so I already knew about the Wellness plans, I signed him up because it's still a great deal for puppies and kittens."
