"Best yoga class I've ever taken! Warm yoga with Izzy. She is really good because she explains each movement well in the flow so I don't have to look up at her each time yet she does it quietly so you stay in the flow. I'm prob an intermediate level with decent strength and balance and this class was challenging and felt so, so good. I can't wait to go back!"
