The University of Michigan Adventure Leadership Team Program, located at 1120 North Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, offers a unique and engaging team building experience for work teams, community organizations, and families. Their fun and interactive activities help groups explore team dynamics, challenge the status quo, and improve communication and collaboration skills.

The program follows an experiential education philosophy, allowing participants to engage at their own pace and comfort level. Customized programs focus on physical challenges or activities based on strategy and collaboration, tailored to each group's interests and skill level. Virtual programs are also available to accommodate different locations.

Onsite opportunities at the Adventure Education Center include a variety of challenge elements such as a climbing tower, high ropes course, zip line, and more. All courses are safety inspected annually to meet industry standards.

Adventure Leadership interns have the opportunity to design and deliver custom experiential programs for a diverse client base, including students, educators, corporate groups, and nonprofit organizations. Interns receive over 50 hours of paid training and work on developing valuable skills in group development, customer service, and relationship management.

Interns also have the chance to take on a culminating project of their own design, aligning with their strengths, passions, and professional goals. Networking opportunities within various fields and showcasing valuable skills to potential employers are additional benefits of the internship.
