"We love playing touch tunes. It was nice to see some of the people enjoying our taste in music. It was busy tonight, and our waitress looked like she could use a break. Waited for about 45 minutes for food, which wasn't a problem for us. But if you are in a rush, this place may not be the best choice."
"Went to have a late dinner and after an hour and 15 minutes asked the waitress where our food was and at that point asked to get it to go, only to be told it was already boxed as a to go order which I why it never out in the first place. We spoke to the manager who graciously comped the meal and we left. When we arrived home to eat we noticed that the tots we ordered didn’t make it with the bag and the fries that came with the burger were 3. Not 3 boxes, 3 fries. Although grateful to the manager for taking care of us this just was not a pleasant experience all around."
"The worst experience I have ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Service was horrible, the waitress grunted more than she spoke. Saw her 3 times, once to take order, deliver.order, and then to get paid. Place was filthy - the waitress was shifting dirty dishes from one table to another instead of taking them back to the kitchen. If you have it in your name (wings) you should do it right. No pride in your food or prep. The wings were so small they looked like they came from Cornish Hens. Tiny and because they were so small they were overcooked. Horrible food and horrible experience."
"First time at this location and our experience was good. The food tasted really good, it was hot, crispy, well seasoned. Our server was very helpful and kind. He rocked his knowledge about the different sauces and the flavor experience. The place filled up fairly quick after we got seated and our server became very busy yet he managed to get to every table promptly."
