"We have been doing to Serenity since our daughter was born in 2013. We live in the Royal Oak area and it’s worth the 15 minute drive. We’ve always feel welcomed by staff, and it never takes long to get into your appointment once you show up. We’ve seen almost everyone on staff, but we do choose to see Dr. Casterline. She’s great, she listens to our concerns about our kids, and we “jive” well which is important. Our kids often talk about her at home, always look forward to seeing her when we have an appointment. She’s engaging towards them and remembers events with us since she started at the practice. Their feelings toward Dr. Casterline make it an obvious choice that we’ve picked the right place for our kids. We recommend Serenity whenever we get a chance and I don’t think that will ever change."

"Serenity Pediatrics was referred to us by friends. They have exceeded our expectations every time we go in to see them. They were even willing to see both my kiddos at the same time. Front desk staff are polite, professional, and personable. The doctors/nurses are kind, informed and are willing to listen to my concerns. Less important but also fun are the patient rooms. Most recently we went into the dinosaur room which was epic! The only downside is they often require in-person appointments but only so they do not misdiagnose. Recently I thought my son had double pink eye but turned out to be an ear infection which causes mucous to come out of his eyes- crazy! Glad I went in!"

"Always love seeing everyone at the practice. From the front desk staff to the wonderful nurses to the providers, specifically Kara, we’ve had nothing but great experiences for our daughter. She just loves everyone’s enthusiasm. I had a concern about solids and a nurse happened to answer the phone and instructed what I should do should an allergic reaction occur and really put my mind at ease. We are very fortunate to have found Serenity. They also come highly recommended by Beaumont Royal Oak."
