"DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! College staff was fantastic and helpful. Other staff was extremely rude, unhelpful, and do not care. sold me the wrong materials for classes and told me they didn't have other certain books I needed, went back the next day and spoke to someone else...they had it. Watched as an older woman locked the door 20 minutes early to lunch and announce we're doing break now as 3 other students came and knocked on the door to get in. Extremely slow and unhelpful service. Go elsewhere, save your time, money, and patience."

"Staff seem to be trying their best, but the customer service is extremely poor. Be advised to order your materials weeks in advance if you’re able. More staff are needed to keep up with the demand of university students."

"Not only do they have a stupid policy that doesn't allow you to return clothes "due to covid" although all other stores will take returns for clothes.. the store did not have books in stock that were required for classes. I managed to get two only to find out the school wouldn't be using them. I went back to return the books and they would not do a return without a receipt even though the lady literally sold me the books less than a week ago. DON'T SHOP HERE!"

"I rented a couple of books only to find out moments later that they swapped them for New or rental new books, which is understandable because that is what is available. However, I am trying to return these overpriced books but the return policy is very obscure. I called and I was told to write a letter with my name and student ID which just confuses me even more. Will not be buying anything from here again."

"Overpriced. Of the several occasions I've been there, the customsr service was poor, specifically the staff not student employees. At one point, the staff handled an issue I had so poorly that I left feeling disrespected and abused. I would rate this with half a star. I would go as far as to boycott and find more affordable options elsewhere. It's a shame."
