"The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. I felt informed every step of treatment. Also they seemed aware of small inconveniences to me such as I had to sit for 4 hours for a blood transfusion. I was not prepared for sitting that long and the staff found a book for me to read. Top notch service."
"My 3yo had a seizure at home, and since we live just a few blocks away I decided to drive him in myself. I think from the time we walked in the door to the time he had a team of 10-ish people working on him was less than a minute - very quick response and very professional care. We ended up transferring to the children’s hospital and it was seamless because of the care he got here."
"I was visiting Holland from my home in the Detroit. I was experiencing extreme abdominal pain and was given fantastic treatment from the moment I arrived. I was struggling to even stand and the guard immediately came over to assist me and get me to the area for check in, he even took care of punching in the required information. Then I was moved to a room where they immediately started treating me. They had an early diagnosis which turned out to be accurate when the mri results came back. A special shout out to nurse Abbey, she was wonderful, but actually, EVERYONE was!"
"I give this ER 5 stars because I can compare it to a recent ER experience (Zero stars) at a Jacksonville, FL hospital where I could have died and they would not have cared. This is a great hospital. The staff and care were great. They have a great network of doctors."
