"Exceptionally kind and gentle with my son. He's been going here for almost 8 years now and I can't say enough good things. Today, he did have quite a long wait to see the actual dentist, but I'm not going to hold that against them. Things happen. The hygienist said my son was very patient. Lol. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist for their children."
"I’ve have never experienced a more unprofessional and disrespectful dentist office. I had a co-pay of 20 dollars that I explained I would pay later due to not having my debit with me. They CONTINUED to harass me, calling me, texting me, etc over this 20 dollars. I’m talking multiple times a week. The last call I received the women was VERY rude on the phone, and proceeded to lie to me and tell me I had left my wallet at the office and if I would like to pay my debt. She then kept cutting me off and straight asking for my credit card number. It felt like a SCAM. My son is traumatized from this office as well. He explained to me that they held him down from his forehead as he screamed to do the work. This place needs to be shut down. Getting an appointment in general is a hassle because all of the front desk people are new and don’t know what they are doing. (Bad turn over) DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE."
"Bring both of my kids here, 2 and 4 and they love it, which makes me feel comfortable and safe. I haven't had the best experience with dentists but completely trust them with my kids. It's fun and engaging from the lobby to the staff. This place is 40 minutes from our home and I wouldn't bring them anywhere else."
"They got us in quicker than anyone near Kalamazoo area. They are very friendly. They do an amazing job at putting my toddler at ease. She had an extraction and a crown same day and they made her feel so comfortable she went back with them by herself."
"Seriously the best pediatric dentist. My 3 year old son felt so comfortable while getting his dental work done. They brought us in early in the morning, built rapport with him to make him feel more comfortable, put on some cartoons, and got to work. The office is clean, quiet, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I love it there and I’m so happy I chose them for my sons dental work he needed. Even down to the small things that Dr. Powell did to build rapport with my son, like being versed in children’s shows and relating to what my 3 year olds interests are to make him more comfortable. All around a great place."
