"some nice people if you're active and have your faculties, lots of promises not much follow through, requires full time persistence, disorganized, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.. btw only respite covered is nursing homes."

"Let me start off by saying, unprofessional, horrible service, they never get anything resolved they only know how to keep charging for services that are not provided. My brother‘s social worker would say she’d get things done I’d get a follow up nothing was accomplished this pace here at Eastpoint is horrible if you want your loved ones to suffer and die than sign them up here. I’d give them -0 if I could"

"The PACE Program is such a blessing to so many of the families we help. Melissa Gaymer is so prompt at getting back with families that are in need of the wonderful services PACE offers. Melissa listening and compassionate ear is so reassuring for these families. I cannot say enough great things about PACE . If you are in need of these services, ask for Melissa G and she will be sure to follow up and do everything in her power to help your loved one!"
