"Hopefully Dr. Kay will read this review. I will start by saying that Dr. Kay is a good health provider. My isuess started with his billing personal Cindy that she can't accept listening to his patients. When you call the office to schedule an appointment, verify that they accept your insurance policy, otherwise you are going to end up talking to her in billing and then get lectured with the wrong information. In today's environment Doctors offices need to consider hiring educated professionals that are familiar with complex insurance system."

"Great doctor and I've been a patient of his for decades.... Abysmal office staff. Be careful if you become a patient. This office is dfficult to reach on the phone for anything and they simply do not return messages. Also why do they not have a website? Maybe the staff would get more (read as "anything") done if the phones weren't swamped constantly."

"On a couple occasions my doctor, Deborah Kay was not available to see me, fortunately Dr. Randy Kay saw me. If I wasn't so anal about seeing female Dr. only, he would be first on my list to see!!! He is my son and husbands doctor. He actually cares for his patients and will go above and beyond usual doctor protocal as does Dr. Deborah. I trust him with my sons life which doesn't get any a higher praise than that!!! Thank you Dr. Randy for helping me care for my 2 prize possessions, you're the best!!!"
