"Unprofessional and uncommunicative. Disrespectful service desk agents and unresponsive staff to my needs. After seeing the reviews here it only confirms not to go to this location. Doctors are apparently not knowledgeable enough to take care of your concerns and will tell you there is nothing they can do for you and cancel your appointments if medications doesn’t work and refer you to a far distance location. I will not be wasting my time any longer. Doctor totally rushed me out of the office and did not care about my concerns. I have been trying to get ahold of the doctor and it’s been two weeks since I heard anything from them or anyone at all. I have never experienced anything like this and don’t normally write reviews. I’m getting calls telling me one thing and when I call the office they tell me another and I don’t hear back from there for a while. I have to continually call them and repeat my self when they should be making note of everything. I will not be dealing with these types of attitudes when it comes to my health. I will be stopping my medication because apparently people on here have had to go to the ER because doctors didn’t cater to their needs as accordingly. I have contacted them on the portal I’ve been told that they arnt suppose to be respond on the portal but yet I’ve been getting responses. What kind of place are you running? If I don’t get a call you won’t be hearing from me ever again."
"Dr Shock might be a good doctor but they leave him in the lobby for an hour and the staff is very inconsiderate of a persons time. They should stop booking so many appointments if they cannot get to the patient in a decent amount of time, or at least be considerate enough to communicate with the patient and not just expect him to wait to the doctor is ready that is rude and very disrespect. They do not respect the patient's time here I always wait hour or more to see the Dr."
