"On 04/08/2021 I had an appointment with Dr.Patel. As I was walking into the building I was greeted by office staff informing me I was not allowed to bring an 18 month old child in the building. I explain to her no one told me that when I made my appointment it is not posted on the doors nor the office doors of the building. She then told me to put a mask on her. I explain to her she is 18 months old and she is not required to wear a mask and it is not recommended. She then had me come in the office. The receptionist asked my name in for my drivers license and insurance card gave me paperwork to fill out and was very rude. I sat there with the child she was in a stroller being very quiet keeping to herself. 15 - 20 minutes Went by in the office coordinator came out and told me to put a mask on her or I had to leave. I explain to him she is 18 months old and it is against CDC regulations to put a mask on that young of a child. He then told me I had to leave. I explain to him How can you refuse a patient treatment because they bring a child with them. He said to me you should understand with our current situation. And then told me that other clients bring children and make them wear mask but yet I was told to leave. Office staff was very rude and I will never go back there again."

"Had blood drawn, she stuck the needle in, hit a nerve and left the needle there for another ten seconds. NEVER going there again. Had a previous experience that was not as painful. First visit one of the nurses yelled at me for coughing(mask was on) wanting to know if I was exposed to covid. She callef me a Ame."

"Great place to get blood work done quickly. I take all of my routine blood draw slips here, and am usually in and out within 15 minutes. The staff is very efficient and very skilled at their jobs- they never bruise me! They have great hours (8-4:30) so it is quite convienent to stop by after work or on the way to errands down the road. I would highly recommend the Beaumont lab on Allen Rd to anyone needing lab services."
