"the woman at the front desk of my dentist's office is a total superhero! (I think her name is Tina or Tania) either way I was having a seriously rough day and, I'll admit, I was being a bit rude when I got there. But instead of getting all snappy back at me, she handled the situation like a pro. She stayed calm, listened to my concerns, and even managed to turn my frown upside down. Her kindness and understanding totally blew me away. It's like she has this magical ability to make any situation amazing. I'm telling you, she's a true gem! & the dr just made it even better by the quality and efficiency getting my work done!"

"Got a filling at this place. Silver filling. Which when I looked in the mirror I was upset. Dentist told me its the only kind Medicaid pays for. Was a total lie. Its broken and I have autoimmune disease- not only is the mercury poison for children, infants, and well, everyone- it was being phased out in 90s- so I never imagined there would be dentists today putting that in anyone anymore. No dentist has done that to me since the 80s. I think this place is cheap and if they cared would not use silver in anyone, like most dentists don't for the reason. Fixing a tooth with poison is wrong. On top of this, they were willing to use the white composite on a tooth in front bottom- which i told them that needs a crown as my biting down would snap off the painted on composite. These people are not good care professionals. They don't anticipate anyone knowing this stuff Iguess? It is 2024. This area did phase out silver/mercury. I should know, and I do know. Sure caught me off guard- have never had to ask a dentist to not put mercury in my mouth since 1989? Now my insurance not only said resin composite is covered, but they will cover removing this one he put in. There are dentists online who are trained in removing mercury fillings and they are known as "SMART DENTISTS". Find one and get yours removed. I am. Sadly, when you are set back in life already, lots of places will take advantage your circumstances and think you won't look into this stuff. Which sets you back more. To me that's not integrity. So why would my insurance approve resin composite on the bottom front I wondered and not my back top tooth? I asked, and they told me I am covered for resin composite. Everytime I went here i had a bad feeling."

"Tania was so helpful in getting me in within the same day for extreme tooth pain. Doctor examined and found I needed a root canal, was able to send over pain meds, antibiotics and get me back for an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Very nice staff and very please with the service. Definitely will be back for my appointment, grateful for all of their help"

"If I could zero star I would. This is worst dental company in the industry. They’ve made flipper teeth and billed them as partials. The flipper didn’t fit so they grinding down my temporary crown to an angle and had me looking like Frankenstein. They’ve taken money from me for services not rendered or completed. The owner refuses to fix the billing issue for a different dentist to fix what they fd up unless I bring my mouth back to his services. The flipper they put in my mouth never fit and has caused damages from the studs stabbing my mouth as they fall in and out. Which has led to permanent scar tissue. This place will be brought into the light of the public. I will not stop till this business no longer operates. Between pain and suffering and medical malpractice I would strongly recommend finding some where else to go"
