"They charge $50.00 No-Show Fees but They Don't verify the appointment back to the patient, before the appointment time. I missed my appointment because they didn't CARE to remind me. It's somewhat my fault for forgetting where I had to travel to but, They didn't meet me halfway and relay info back to me so that our business objectives could be met. It very much seems like they Don't want to provide care for their patients... I was recommended to see Dr. Organek but also disappointed that I couldn't get a followup verification on "the day of" at the least. I was trying to back-track where I had to go; these non-professionals wanted me to miss the appointment and attempted to scam me out of pocket for doing nothing. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. This is the only doctor I've come across that doesn't give out a timely reminder, so that the patient knows where to go, can cancel if they can't make it, and etc."

"Terrible experience. I went for an overnight sleep study. They had us waiting outside for 15 minutes after the start of the appointment. Once I finally got in the door I was waiting for 90 minutes to get hooked up. I finally left after the 5th time they'll be in there soon to hook me up. I slept at home and they've wasted my team. This place is a disaster! Go anywhere else if you value your time."

"Worst office staff ever. Hard to comment on doctors because you can never get to them. I had three appointments there and had to wait over an hour every time. I had to reschedule a CT scan 3 times because the office couldn't get me the insurance authorization. I've left several messages regarding medications and tried to get questions answered and never hear back. People on phone are very unhelpful. All this is great when you're having breathing problems. Found a new pulmonologist. Now the battle to get my records transferred. Ridiculous."

"Brutal call center! They don't even bother to ask you to hold...just as soon as you get past the office recording, they pick up and immediately place you on hold. I called on two separate occasions (once at 9:12 a.m., just 12 minutes after they opened!), and the same thing happened both times. When I finally did get through to the call center, the woman who spoke to me was an absolute WENCH! She cops an attitude with me because my doctor didn't know their practice had no appointments available till April. How the hell my doctor was supposed to know that is beyond me! Do yourself a favor and find another practice with courteous staff, then do everyone else a huge favor by writing a review here. That way, we can vote with our pocketbooks and insurance cards!"
