Concentra Urgent Care

"I was treated like a junkie and told that I was addicted to my medication without any proof of this. I was clearly being gossiped about throughout the entire clinic. In fact one of the employees walked out behind me when I was leaving and watched me as I walked to my car. He stood there as I was getting in my and returned into the clinic. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at concentra and I’ve been going there for years to get employee drug screens. This was the first time that I’ve been to this particular clinic and I will never be seen there again."

"This place is filthy. The walls the floor the counter tops. The nurse who did my pre employment physical met me at the door with gloves on she took my urine filled cup from me with the same gloves on. She wiped down the cup with a paper towel and placed the cup on the counter top with no barrier. She never at any point changed her gloves. She added my info in the computer - not having changed or taken off her gloves and the paper towel is still In Her hand. She then poured the urine in to the separate containers and put the stickers on then handed me a pen to initial the tubes . She still has those same gloves on. She then wipes the counter top with that original paper towel and we move on."

"Unbelievably rude! Made me wait all day for paperwork I was told I could pick up anytime and then when they were about to close they told me the paperwork wasn’t ready and I’d have to come back the next day but no guarantee when it would be ready even then! I’ve had visits to the proctologist that were more pleasant and took less time! Pathetic excuse for people who are suppose to care about people and their health!!! I’d find somewhere(anywhere else) to go!!!"

"The ladies at the front were very nice and professional. Samantha, my CNA was amazing! She was very personable and professional. My doctor for my physical was also very nice and professional. The wait wasn’t terribly long either."

"I was a walk in and was able to complete a DOT exam. I was greeted with knowledgeable ladies who let me know an approximate wait time so it wasn't a mystery. They had an easy application that was sent to my phone. The employees were very nice, friendly and thorough. I appreciated the ability to walk in and get what I needed."
