Orchid Laser Hair Removal & Skin Care

"I made an appointment here last summer 2022 for laser hair removal for my beard and unwanted hairs high on my cheekbones I set up a 6 appointment package for 6 treatments which costed me $450.00. The first appointment I had turned out to be a bad experience, and the lady that gave me my first treatment had set the laser much too high and it ended up burning my cheeks really bad. I decided to call the owner Stella and voiced to her my concerns, letting her know that I was afraid to get another treatment done because of the damage to my skin. I asked for a refund or to apply my money to a different service that my girlfriend could use. She would not work with me and kept pressuring me into letting her do another treatment on me, honestly I was scared of more skin damage being done so I refused and ended up pushing my appointment to October to give my skin time to heal to see if I possibly could do another treatment because I didn't want to lose my $450.00 for nothing. I showed up at my appointment in October but I still was not ready because I still had skin damage, when I showed up I voiced my concerns again letting Stella know I still was not comfortable with her services asking for something back since the services her company provided were not acceptable. She argued with me telling me I was not burned and I would be just fine, and basically was calling me a liar, I let her know she should make things right with me as this was just bad business. She would not work with me on a solution, and basically told me too bad my loss! So I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stella scammed me out of my $450.00. I have never had such a horrible experience with any business in my life. She would not even let me apply my money for another service which is just bad business and totally unacceptable."
