"Front office staff is extremely unprofessional and outright rude, constantly gossiping about other patients and their coworkers. Unreasonable waits past appointment times, consistently. They call a dozen times, leaving multiple messages to remind each appointment but have failed more than once to get messages to providers! Resident sent another patients medical records home with me, when I contacted the office they acted as tho it was typical. If you value your privacy and respect your time, avoid."
