"We have attended Haller and Hug for five years for my son. The office staff came across that you are an inconvenience; we always looked past it because we enjoyed Dr. Kakish. Most recently, when calling the office, we were laughed at and not treated kindly. We decided to move doctors, and when getting his medical records, we were provided conflicting information that we needed to call a third-party vendor but then confirmed it was faxed; I'm still trying to figure out what to believe. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this doctor's office; kindness goes a long way, especially when it's your child's care."

"I’ll be brief since I’m sick and ticked off This has been my primary care physician for many years. I am generally happy with the medical care I’ve received from this office and particularly for my PCP. What is not working is the technology which is terrible, complicated and unreliable and also the reception staff who are generally condescending rude and difficult to deal with. The office also seems to have too much business to deal with. I am now in the situation where I cannot get a regular health check this year until November with my PCP and I’m told I cannot switch to a different doctor. This is completely ridiculous of course, and I’m amazed that within the booking system, they would not be an obvious priority for these types of bookings. This is not rocket science!"

"My family has been patients of this office for the past 13 years. Over that time we've seen the office change. The doctors are great and helpful. However, the front office has gone down hill. We've had a billing issue that took months to resolve. They billed us for a shot that we declined and did not receive. We ended up with a bill (after insurance) of over $100. The billing person is only available limited time and does not return calls. It took several months to get finally get this resolved. The most recent issue occurred this week. My wife became sick and went to an appointment with Hug on Friday. By Sunday she was much worse so we went to urgent care. They diagnosed her with a partially collapsed lung. They put her on a treatment program and told us to follow up with our PCP (Hug). On Tue, we called the office to make an appointment. We were promptly told by the office that since we went to urgent care on Sun over the issue that we took them out of the equation and we needed to go back to Urgent Care for any follow up. They refused to make an appointment for my wife. We called back later in the day and got the same response. We were also told they did not need our business and good luck with finding a new doctor."

"Dr. Lori Finn is the best! Wife and I have seen her over 10 years. Understanding. Always appropriate treatments for everything over the years. Translation of medical terminology is fantastic and clear. Never rushed… We hope she never retires… she would be hard to replace…"

"Dr. Molnar is the best doctor I've ever been to. She listens. She's meticulous and determined in diagnosing and adjusting treatments, she is personable and caring and compassionate and professional. My whole family has seen her and always 100% felt like we're getting the best possible treatment. On top of that, it's an unbelievably well run medical practice. Always on time, answer questions, call back, assist with insurance issues, etc. The best."
