"My first time visiting MEI. Dr. St. Aubin was great. However, there was a mix up with my insurance for my frames and lenses. I was able to do an estimate of the total cost of my glasses on my insurance website, but when I went the office to order the the price was significantly higher. The lady assisting me was friendly but the lady working with her was extremely rude. She said, it doesn’t matter what the website said, it is what showing on our end and that’s it. She the proceeded to help another customer and made a point to loudly say, you have great insurance, your glasses will only cost a little and that’s what happens when you have good insurance. I was thinking about going ahead to pay the huge amount for my glasses because money was not the object. However, I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. I will not be returning. So it’s been more than a month since my review and it has been ignored. Further solidifying my decision not to return. Horrible customer service!!!"
