"James, Dawn, and the nurse Dawn were extremely kind. I am a very hard stick, the hospital staff and even my own Doctor pokes me at least 3 times. They took me right back. Even though they were very busy, the nurse came in, very sweet, explained everything and before I knew it she was done drawing three tubes. Did not even feel it. Definetly will use them again as I used a different Urgent Care in the past for convenience and they dont match up to this Urgent Care 5 stars plus some"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO OR TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. First time here they told my stepdad he was having a heart attack in the office for him to find out they actually put the leds on wrong and he was simply having a muscle spasm in his chest. Second visit for myself, tell them I've been exposed and having covid symptoms. They tell me it's a 20 minute wait. Over an hour and still no dr or anyone giving me a test, just possibly exposing everyone for as long as possible. Rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!!"
