"Staff is great. Office was run by one head doctor for the past couple of years. I was informed this doctor was on leave and that she was no “longer in charge” I followed this doctor from another location. Dr Davenport was great and would always help me out with my issues. The new guy dr rober Davis would not preauthorize a medicine I’ve been taking for ten years. I asked what do I do? Do I Waite for Davenport to come back? He made it very clear that he is in charge now and that she is nothing to the clinic anymore ( that he is her boss now) and that I should find a new primary care doctor. Very power trippy, condescending and rude. I’ve been a patient of POH and Mclaren for 40 years. I’m in contact with the administrators. I ended the call with this guy saying “thank you very much for your time.” Good luck to the future of this clinic and the underserved population it services"

"Dr Kiern takes the time to really listen to you and works to get to the bottom of what's going on. I never feel like I'm just a number here. Staff are nice too. Edwina is a gem. Hard to see from the street before you pass it. Look sharp!"
