"Never had an issue going here for minor, quick treatment. This past weekend I took my college aged son there because he said his ears felt plugged. After using a small “scoop” the doctor said he was done. When we got in the car my son said his ears were still plugged and he had blood coming from one ear. We went to Fenton Urgent Care (so much better) and was told he had wax buildup and his ears needed to be flushed (no scoop) and he was given antibiotic ear drops for the ear that was bleeding. We’ll see where he’s at once he’s done with the drops. The female doctor and nurse practitioner have been great, this was an older male doctor."

"Came down with a nasty Christmas cough and needed to get checked out. I decided to take a chance on Holly Urgent care because the other popular urgent care in the area is always busy (even if you reserve your spot online). Needless to say, I was very pleased. Although they don’t offer online spot reservations, I was prepared to wait; seeing that the other urgent care was booked up until tomorrow. My wait time was very reasonable! The front office staff, Medical Assistants, and PA were kind, personable, and attentive."

"The first time I came here I was not impressed at all and never came back. Today I had to bring my daughter in because her pediatrician was closed and I walked in to a totally different urgent care! The ladies at the front are the best, they are patient and kind and very very helpful! The doctor was fast and understanding! Overall I would give this place a 10 if I could!"

"The staff is very nice and caring. I took my son due to strep throat. Brian, the provider, who was working that day was amazing. He was very prompt in testing my son for strep and for COVID. He treated my son in a very passionate manner. My son who could barely talk and walk due to sickness and weakness started to feel much better the next day. I will definitely recommend this place for your medical needs."
