"I go in because I have chest pains and shortness of breath for the receptionist to keep me up at front desk asking a ton of questions about my insurance that is already on file, scanning my id, doing all sorts of things taking forever. I was just here several months ago and no issues. I left because I never thought I would get checked in. Good god. Glad I didn't have a heart attack lady."
"We had quite the long wait on a Sunday but were happy with the PAs thoroughness in examining our kids. He was nice, patient and didn't make us feek rushed through (even though they were so busy). We have been other times right at opening or near closing and the waits were much shorter so just all depends on when you go!"
"Poorly managed, walk-ins are put at the end of the pile. They have to wait until all appointments have been seen first, causing you to be waiting 3-4 hrs before you are seen. If it is truly an urgent matter my advice is you are better going to the ER and waiting the long time there."
"Family, history of kidney transplants, blood, clots and cancer. I have been to this facility, multiple times for tests and check ups and ultrasounds. From the initial phone call to the greeting everything is extremely professional highly trained caring people. Dr. Shafer is one of the very best, brightest and smartest doctors in the Midwest! Technician Emily Gross is also highly educated, friendly, and a wonderful bedside manner. Everything runs seamlessly, and the staff is filled with joy! I am, thankful to God to have these professionals caring for me!"
"What a great experience! I checked in through the “save my spot” online check in (great idea). This made the check in seamless, no more wasting time waiting in line. The nursing staff were top notch and my provider (PA A Seligman ) was very knowledgeable and empathetic. My ailments were tended to and questions for aftercare were addressed in an exemplary manner.
