"The receptionist Elena, waited until two hours before the appointment to send us a -twenty two- page packet with a notice stating that if the packet wasn't returned before the appointment, we would be forced to cancel. So, we were forced to cancel the appointment that I had requested work off for and had arranged for my child to miss school for. When I called to cancel, she didn't care and only asked if we'd like to reschedule. She ignored my request for Jennifer, the office manager's contact information to try to sort out what happened. Her excuse was that we should have already received the packet (we didn't receive anything) and blamed it on someone else, saying they were out of the office."
