"Dr Reddy is great but the rest of the staff is extremely unprofessional. I believe there is a mom and 2 daughters that all work there and they act like they're at home and not at work. I also have been waiting for my medication for weeks and they were supposed to notify me when it came in. I called and they said it had been in for a while but I never got a call. When getting my allergies tested, I had asked the nurse a few questions. She gave me quick prompt answers for each. Then I heard her go outside and ask Dr. Reddy the same questions. After he answered them, I heard her say "okay good, I wasn't sure about any of them, I just winged it". Obviously not what I want to hear from the "medical proffesional" that is handling my test. I don't expect her to know everything, but I didn't expect her to lie to me, either. Hopefully all these negative reviews will encourage Dr. Reddy to reevaluate his staff."
