"Called 4 times to check on an appointment. No one answers and the call disconnects after about 5 rings. This isn't the 1st time this has happened and seems to be a common experience with others. It doesn't inspire a lot of confidence when they can't figure out how to answer their phone. I'm not sure how a practice survives when they fail the most basic thing like having staff to make appointments and answer questions. I've lost a lot of confidence in this practice."

"One of the worst places to get in. I called past couple of days and the phone just rings, rings, and nobody calls back. Finally got through they are "booked" out until who knows who. Took the app they had and doesn't give me a time. GET IT TOGETHER!!! Now I understand the 2 star review"

"Finally got their attention and got my dad an appointment. They seem to be short staffed over there. Angry voicemails get responses though. I'll raise the review after my dad actually gets results. My goal right now is an improvement in his condition."

"The worst experience ever. we have been a regular patient, always on time, in-fact we had to wait 15-30 mins for our turn to come but still never complained. but today just because we were 6 minutes late the PA didn’t see and ask to reschedule. I understand the value of time but this was something which could have been managed. Ive seen so much of patient who were late but eventually they were seen by the doctors. very disappointed. I requested them to reconsider but NO was the answer and not to forget, the receptionist was extremely terrible and rude."

"I was treated by Lakeland for renal cell carcinoma (cancer) a few years ago. The doctor I had left and my care was moved to Dr Brown. After my surgery I was required to come in for scans every 6 months for 5 years and after 5 years once a year for 2 years. When Dr Brown took over my care she recommended termination of the original maintenance follow ups, which I took as good news. However, I am now experiencing regular pain and called to schedule an appointment. I was told I can not make an appointment without a referral from a receptionist who was not pleasant. I went to my regular doctor to get the referral who confirmed I should not require a referral because I am within the correct time frame and I was supposed to have an annual follow up. I communicated that to the receptionist who became very rude and responded, " I don't know what doctored communicated that but that is not our policy". "That doctor" is within the same network and the same doctor who for years has treated me with care and empathy. I am a cancer survivor, all I wanted to do is schedule an appointment with the doctors who treated me for YEARS! However, instead the receptionist and nurse were rude, as if I was a total inconvenience. They lacked any empathy or concern. When I started with these doctors years ago I felt blessed and protected by a doctor who saved my life. This is not the same office or care I received and I would not recommend them to anyone."
