"Staff is always professional and friendly. They got me into testing and to see the doctor right away. Dr. Cook always remembers who I am and asks what I’m up to currently. He has shared funny and interesting stories. I enjoyed my visit. They were quite busy, but you would not notice any negative change in the staff."

"All the staff provided exceptional customer service. They were patient and talked through everything. I appreciated having the option to get some more intense technical screening done, and being able to see what each test was for, etc was very helpful. This was my first time going to this office, I'll definitely be going back, & I highly recommend!"

"All the staff were kind and pleasant. They answered all my questions and explained all the tests they were running. They gave me the option on a test insurance doesn't cover and allowed me to choose between that or one that is covered and all the pros and cons between the two tests. When the doctors came in to do their exam and explain the results both were pleasant and explained everything. One even spent extra time going through my tests and explaining them in detail and answering my questions with patience and kindness. All together a very pleasant experience."

"First time I had went to this office. Do not remember the exact time frame but believe with in approximately two years. I paid for exam and glasses completely out of pocket, no insurance. Paid somewhere around $600 plus, including extra for scratch resistant lenses, anti glare and safety glasses quality. The exam was about average in quality. When my glasses were made the bi-focal was in the wrong place so they were made new, per their statements. Got glasses again. Vision was a trip. Was told that my eyes would adjust. Didn't happen. I removed the glasses to read or any other up close activity. I could not see the book titles on library shelves even at that distance. Took glasses off and took one step closer to read titles. A year after original appointment the office contacted me and stated that I have an appointment. Nope. Not scheduled by me. I declined. About two weeks ago the left bow broke beyond repair. This office does not have parts for repairs. Yesterday the nose piece on the glasses broke. These are the most expensive glasses I have ever purchased and of the worst quality. I do not recommend this business at all."
