"I love my primary doctor Willenbring but it’s so hard to into contact and even make an appointment. The front desk never answer the phone; on hold for so long. Would have to call back other days to even get in contact. They need to fix that!!"

"These stars need to be broken down into sections....I give my provider 5 stars, she's excellent. I give the front desk 1-2 stars. Mostly for causing "front desk anxiety" which is self-explanatory. Upon entering they don't consistently acknowledge you and even seem to be avoiding it. Their computer screens are situated so that unless they lean to look around them they are hidden behind them and can act busy and avoid eye-contact for as long as they want. When they do acknowledge you it often feels like indifference or even disdain for your presence. Correcting this kind of attitude at front desks should be an organizations number one priority--for obvious reasons that need no explanation. But I will say that there is not a human being on this planet that hasn't been ignored intentionally and hated the feeling. Meaning, these folks at the front desk know exactly what they're doing when they leave someone standing there unacknowledged. They 100% know. So why, why do it? Just make a policy and expectation that every person is acknowledged the moment they come in the door even if it's to let them know you'll be a moment. It's such a basic way to show respect and set clients mind at ease that they are noticed and in the right spot and will be helped. That's it, easy. Oh, and move the computer monitors out from blocking your front desk staff, if the people at the front desk aren't there to greet people then they should be moved to a private office where they won't be interrupted by pesky patients."

"I’ve been a patient at Browning Claytor for several years now and love it. I see a physician, Spencer Riva, and he actually truly listens and shows concern. I’m glad to have found this place and strongly recommend being a patient here."

"I have been taking my grand kids here for 2 years. Dr. Bender (now Kilner) USED to be an awesome doctor. Coincidence or not, since her name change, she is extremely rude and finds pleasure in talking down to people. This has happened on More than one occasion. The nurses are no better. Very rude and if you ask questions, they enjoy giving smart answers like you are the dumbest person Alive. Call backs take 2 or more days as well. If the nurses weren't just as rude, I would just change doctors but since that is not the case, we will be transferring to a new office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC"

"Hands down, the best care I've ever received. Every single worker there was nothing but kind. For once, I actually felt like a medical office cared about me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has struggled with rude doctors in the past. This is a place that truly wants to see you get better. They helped us apply for health insurance and got us in for an appointment the same day. They are absolutely incredible! I wont ever go anywhere else."
