"Dr. Korot delivers excellent care. He is thoughtful and explains things very well. The entire staff has something special. I haven't met a person who wasn't kind and engaging. I also had to sit and wait for my husband to pick me up. Spent time on the bench talking to various other patients who also love the practice. At my last appointment the front desk was very busy. I could see that and was happy to wait. But she did take the time to look me in the eye and acknowledge me. It is the little things that make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Then again, apologizing for my wait. It was very thoughtful."
