"As if it's not bad enough that mentally some of us are struggling.. So we call to get help and unfortunately the receptionist has to rude for no reason, judgmental, and down right nasty. I asked for her supervisor or manager. And she flat out told me no and then hung up on me. I continue to call back hoping that I wasn't going to get the same person.. finally somebody nice answered the phone and transferred me to a supervisor"
"I've dealt with arbor circle a number of times over the past 20 years. This is NOT an addiction health center. Also, The folks I've dealt with have been consistently rude and judgemental. I don't recommend this mental health center to anyone!"

"Dr. Baker is a joke. I went to him for help getting myself off the morphine my doctor put me on. Of my own volition. We met for less than a minute. I said I didn't like being talked to or treated like a junkie. He threw a temper tantrum and told me to get out. Like a 5 year old child. Clearly he doesn't give a damn about helping anyone. Only if you talk the way he wants you to. Don't waste your time. I put myself into the required 48 hour withdrawal for nothing."
"Very helpful. Receptionist was a little short/rude but the counselors were terrific and it's hard to say she might have been having a really bad day you can't judge a person from one experience."
