"I will be completely honest. The little at Ivy are always upbeat and positive when I'm there. They do try to show they are concerned with rehabilitation and wellness. I am rating them at a 3 though because they really haven't done a better job of scheduling than U of M physical therapy. I had expressed concern about having only one therapist and I was told they would do that. My schedule conflicted with that so I was ok with having one different therapist for Monday then Wednesday and Friday. My schedule couldn't flex and I'm not going to demand someone work with they aren't scheduled. Two of my appointments had to be cancelled for team meetings that conflicted with my schedule. Today I was supposed to see a completely different therapist than the other two I don't know why. That was cancelled by Ivy because that therapist couldn't work for whatever reason. Every Monday I have to drive my wife into work because we have one car and it's the only way I can even make my appointments on those days. So now I've wasted gas money, admittedly not the biggest thing, but I'm not working and my wife didn't make much. This is a strain on the budget to begin with and it's even more frustrating when the promise of being consistent is completely broken. If my surgeon prescribes more therapy I will have to decide between Ivy and U of M. U of M at least never made promises they couldn't keep. In conclusion Ivy has positive attitudes but inconsistent scheduling and drops the ball when it comes to administrative follow through."

"I went in determined but afraid. I had to try something new. We chose dry needling and scraping along with movement and resistance therapy. I'm seeing such a difference and it gives me hope! The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The environment is fun and relaxed as well."
