I came in with the worst Severe symptoms of COVID. And left empty handed. I'm literally suffering dizzy and had to walk on my own."

"Of all the urgent cares I’ve frequented over the years, Spectrum Urgent Care in Rockford didn’t disappoint! I want to give a huge shout out to nurse Crystal and P.A. Sammy for their kindness and thoroughness listening to my concerns over a wound that wasn’t healing well after an out-patient procedure at my PCP’s office. Crystal and Sammy treated the wound with great care and I left the facility feeling satisfied and confident that I had just received the best care possible from anywhere. Ugh, I wish this was a PCP office rather than an urgent care because I would certainly come here for those needs. I live one hour away and will consider returning if another medical emergency should arise."
