"Best Little Dental Practice in the Lower Peninsula ! When I needed dental implants repaired or re-done, I called every practice near me, to no avail. I then hit the internet which resulted in similar results. I live in Lower Western Michigan and the closest practice was in the Detroit area . After a short consultation, I concluded that the cost was more than I could afford, not to mention the cost and aggravation of the trips back and forth, which would have been necessary. I was in a quandary when someone mentioned that there was a dentist in Reed City that specialize in implants as well as everything else. Well I made an appointment and the rest is history. It was apparent from my first encounter with D. Alex T. Gould, DMD, PLC, that he was a master of his craft, and that he loved and was was proud of his work. He gave me several alternative ways that my problem could be treated. He gave his recommendations, and left it up to me to decide which way to proceed. He treated me as though we had been as close friend of his for years. I mentioned his superb bedside manner to one of his assistants, and she informed me that one of his specialties was dealing with children for years. Furthermore, his fees are more than reasonable, which was also a relief. Now on to the staff. Very friendly, understanding and accommodating. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you fell comfortable, and to relieve the stress that is associated with having to see a dentist in the first place. I could go on and on, but I think I've said enough I think you get the picture. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental work that needs to be done."

"Reed City Dental practice gets a 5 Star rating from my family. The office building is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. They give individual attention in a non rushed manner. Dr Gould runs a Great Dental practice."

"I can't quite give 5 stars because I reserve that for only the absolute best. However, this place is pretty great. They always remember me, do a great job, and are very friendly and nice. My only complaint is that it is hard to get an appointment outside of school hours, and since I am a teacher, I either have to book a few months in advance, or take a medical day, which I'd rather not do. But they really are great."

"Not a happy camper i think a review of their policies would improve customer satisfaction. Dr. Gould is wonderful he did a great job. I am very dissapointed with the customer service end. I spent about $3000 at their business in cash for my dental work. My insurance paid a portion of it in April about $400. They claimed that because I had another insurance claim that I would have to wait to be reimbursed until that claim was sent back which could take up to 6 months. I was livid. No way should they hold your money like that. They would rather lose business from a family of four which would have brought them a lot of business than to cut a check that was owed to me. I do not recommend paying up front cost for your dental work. Wait till insurance pays their portion. Better yet use different place of business. The manager was very rude and was no help at all. Just worried about money."
