"Is this therapy or PT or both?! Both! Kelly is invested in problem solving your pain and understands holistic health treatment. I'm so glad she's here. Be prepared for a fresh take on what is contributing to your health and wellness. No variable is off limits."

"The great thing about Kelly is that she provides direction for both health and wellness. It's not just about the physical exercises one can do, but also understanding the mental part of all of this and taking the time to understand how important that is, too."

"Today was my first appointment with Dr. Kelly. She is very professional, intelligent and caring. She gave me thorough instructions for my exercises during the appointment and then emailed them to me as well. I live five hours from her office and plan to see her again. It was well worth the time, money and effort to learn that I can (and will) improve my quality of life.Thank you so much!"

"Had a very successful outcome with the positioning program! Was hesitant to join at first but have had years of hip pain/soreness that yoga, stretching and PT/Chiropractic would give some relief for but it was always for just a day or two. Every week Kelly patiently explained the mechanics of our bodies and how everything relates to the pelvis and stability. We did tests every week to determine our status with pelvic stability, rib cage, and were assigned exercises for the week. In just a few weeks I no longer had back pain after my morning walks and my hip pain/soreness was gone too! Kelly is so thorough in explaining the reasons why she prescribes every exercise. I have learned so much and more during our zoom calls. Currently in our last week where we are learning how to maintain our stability. It's great to know the program will always be available to me to refer to after the 8 weeks are done. Kelly really cares about us and you can tell she wants us all to succeed and live without pain!"

"Kelly is by far the most helpful physical therapist I have worked with. I am 47 and have been in pain my entire life. I was 3 years old when my mom took me to the doctor for knee pain and saw my first physical therapist when I was 7. Kelly is so different from other PTs. She takes her time to explain anatomy and figure out why a person has pain. The exercises are different than any I have been given in the past. I may not be pain free after only 8 weeks but I feel like I am on my way. Like Kelly says, this may be a marathon for some and not a sprint. I have noticed less pain and I feel more secure when going up and down stairs. That is a big win for me!"
