"Very rude staff. Did not help me or my wife. They turned her away. It doesn't take an uneccessary trip to the ER for them to decide my wife's mental state. No one on earth can determine that BUT HER. If I would have lost my wife, it would be YOUR COMPANIES FAUL for taking her in. She needs needs a mental evaluation from a professional place. If someone states they need help and are told by forest view to call YOU then you should listen to the person whose calling you. Horrible people."

"Since moving to Ottawa county, I have not been able to receive the medical care I need to stabilize my mental health condition. They have refused to give me proper hospitalization needed after having psychotic and suicidal symptoms. I am being deprived of medication and my medical treatment is sub par. The medication team prescribes medication based on personal beliefs. Since moving to Ottawa county I feel dehumanized and my condition has deteriorated greatly in that time."

"Their program is a band aid. Rather medicate the problem vs. Trying to rehabilitate the child. I was not impressed! I voiced my many concerns, their answer was always medicate and talk about your feelings . It's just very sad."
