"The service is top notch here. Loved the people and experience.... Even having to wait 2 weeks past the month long waiting period for glasses to come in. Just don't expect insurance to cover frames even if the employees tell you on numerous occasions that insurance covers them in full. Apparently they are not trained to know this kind of information. But they can fake it with the best of them!"

"I am newer to Holland and needed to get some glasses to use up my FSA before 12/31. Dave was very professional and patient while helping me choose frames and measure them, etc. Everyone at Lakeshore was super nice and cheerful. They do not have Gucci frames as their site indicates, which was a bummer, but they do have an array of frames to choose from."

"We are new to the area and had to find a new optometrist. After calling around and checking out different possibilities we chose Lakeshore Eyecare and I am glad we did. They were very friendly and welcoming. All of the various tests were explained to me as they were run and the doctor explained everything in a way that you could understand. I was very comfortable throughout the visit. I think we found a wonderful place!"

"First they tried to charge me for a contact exam when I requested a glasses exam only.... Then the glasses they made were comically blurry (like beer goggles not like a new prescription) for the lower 3/4 of both lenses. They're response was, "well you don't look through the bottom very much anyway so you'll just have to get used to it" and then after leaving the glasses with them I called to ask about refunding my insurance and their response was that they could not refund/return the glasses, "because they already made them," (so apparently them making the glasses voids the return policy) and stated that, "most people just get over the fact that they can't see through the bottom." But priority health called them and suddenly I CAN utilize the return policy hmmm. Their skills... Their service... Their "professionals" are all laughable. Especially when they try so hard to stick you with junk and not let you use THEIR RETURN POLICY.... I try to fathom the cognitive level of a person working at an optical care facility sending people on their way with glasses that they cannot see out of... And I just can't imagine what kind of impairment would cause such a steep decline in basic understanding. This place is a circus... and it was the bearded lady who said she sends people with blurry glasses all the time and they just get over it..."

"Everyone was great here! I've been having to drive all the way to Walker for my eye appointments, so I switched to Lakeshore and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Gomez did a great job explaining everything that was going on, and made sure to ask if I had questions as we continued. Here's a picture of my fiance in fun glasses as a treat!"
