"I still have awful haunting memories of the nightmare externship I did there over 10 years ago. They refused to sign paperwork on weeks worth of hours I was there, causing me to end up doing my externship for longer than required, quintessentially creating a couple extra weeks of free labor out of me for them. The person in charge of my training there said some of the most awful harmful things to me that are still vividly seared in my memory today. Everyone else there volunteering seemed terrified to make a mistake and also felt like they were definitely going to make a mistake due to extremely demanding and unclear, poorly delivered instructions. It was miserable. I believe and sincerely hope they don't take interns or externs anymore but if you are considering volunteering here or anything, beware!! They way I was personally treated and also trained to follow their system there I did not feel like it was patient centric and they made me feel like they saw their patients as less than."
