"My daughter and I had scripts sent over for pneumonia at 8pm. I went up to the rite aid and was told it would be ready by 11am the next day. I called at 11:30 and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I wait an extra hour on top of the 30 minutes and proceed to go to the pharmacy. Once arrived I'm told it's still not ready and proceed to wait for another hour in the store."

"I pulled into the parking lot at 956 n they already had the door locked n were all standing there waiting to leave. Well screw me for not running up to the door I walked up at 959 n was denied entry. I wonder had I actually ran to the door n got there at 957 if they would have let me in then? I'm guessing no since the register was most likely shut down. I know im the A hole who shows up last min but before 10 is before 10 i should have been let in. This happen every night? I'm pretty tempted to show up tomorrow at 955 n see if im allowed in..."

"4 hours to fill 21 ibuprofen 800's. The pharmacist even lied saying they just got the script when I was on the phone with the dentist 2 hours and 15 min. Never going here again."

"Had dental work done yesterday. I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled. My oral surgeon sent over the prescription around 10-10:30. We stopped on the way home to see if it was ready and was informed that it would not be ready until 6pm. I was still pretty out of it from sedation and was numbed well so I thought i would be fine. Around 3:00 I started feeling the pain so I called the pharmacy to see if by chance it was done early because I’ve been to other pharmacies and things got done early. Whoever I spoke with (not sure if it was the pharmacist or pharmacy tech) stated “it’ll be done at 6 like we told you” very rudely. This was also the first time I had called. I understand I was quoted for 6pm but 8 hours to make a medication seemed a little long compared to other places I have been to, unfortunately the typical pharmacy I used was out of stock. I’m not sure why he was so rude about it but it was very uncalled for. I was simply just reaching out because I was in pain and hoping the medication would be ready. Definitely not coming back here again. I understand places are short staffed all too well (I work in a hospital) but it’s not right to take out your frustrations on customers/patients."
